Release of Liability

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in this armwrestling event.

Assumption of risk: I understand that participating in armwrestling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, strain and trauma. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all related parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Medical Condition: I attest that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in arm wrestling. I have consulted with a physician if necessary and accept full responsibility for any medical issues that arise from my participation.

Compliance: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth for the event and to act in a sportsmanlike manner.
