Group Registration

I understand that there is a dress code to compete. I need to wear sport pants, sport shoes and a t-shirt.

I understand that all individuals listed will need to weigh in at the designated time before the event to confirm their weight and category.

I understand that all individuals listed will need to provide proof of age at weigh in prior to competing.

Proof of consent from a parent or guardian will be provided for each individual on the list if under 18 years old.
